Finer angle adjustments in editor?

I know you can use shift+wasd to change in 5-degree increments, but is there any way to get more control than that, like 1-degree steps? It would be very helpful in designing planes.

Either a built-in method or a mod would be good. I already use Editor Extensions for the improved angle snap, symmetry, and vertical snap options, but I don't think it includes what I'm looking for.

It'd have to be a plugin, there's no way to do it in the stock game, sorry.

Editor Extensions already does 1 degree steps. (Free, 1, 5, 15, 30, 45 and 90 degrees) Do you really need to go smaller?
