Contracts for Asteroids

I have not seen any contracts for asteroid missions yet. Has anyone else? We have all these great ARM parts, and an entire update devoted to asteroids, but no contracts yet? For shame (Unless I just haven't received them yet?)

I would like to see contracts that reward rendezvous and docking/grabbing asteroids. Capturing asteroids into stable orbits around Kerbin/Mun/Minmus could also be part of the fun.

For me personally, by the time I'm ready to tackle such a mission, I'm already swimming in funds. I think these contracts should reward lots of science and rep, with little in the way of funds. Of course, that part is open to balancing and debate as required.

Perhaps asteroid contracts only unlock when you've hit a certain part of the tech tree? I say that as someone who's not very far in the tech tree....

Nope, unlocked all tech, first missions out to Eve and Duna (got 3 contracts on Duna, Eve and Ike), half of Muns and Minmus' science done - if there's a trigger, it's reaching some other planets SOI or further.

It is logical, although just from the point of view I present here: IF there is a trigger to activate asteroid missions, it has to be reaching another planets SOI, since I have ground personnel on both Kerbin moons, reached Kerbol SOI, captured my first asteroid to stable orbit and still no asteroid mission. This is a scientific observation, no matter how logical or illogical, it's a fact. The only probable possibility for another suggestion is bad luck with the random contracts generator, although I doubt that with about 70-100 contracts done so far.

If there'd be a trigger, it would be when you unlock the claw.

[thread=88445]Fine Print[/thread] has asteroid contracts. It wouldn't be surprising to see them show up in stock for the next version, though.
