Solid booster problem (Custom Part)

I have made a custom part that is a solid fuel booster, I have added the thrustTransform and it produces thrust and all but on take off it is very unstable and shakes the whole rocket and breaks off. I have noticed that when ever testing it with a custom command module it just turns to the left every time. Any ideas on what it could be? thanks in advance.:rolleyes:
