No mod reliant on a .dll will work- advice?

So yeah, the title. ANYTHING requiring a .dll file simply doesn't work. The parts show but no functions work.

Could this be antivirus program interference? Some KSP safety feature I missed?

Welp. Disabled my antivirus for a test, no effect. It's not that.

Yes. I have done this before, you know. I've also checked permissions.

This is your problem:

ERR 04:43:47.105] Failed to load assembly C:\Games\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\ModuleManager.2.2.0.dll:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Games\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\ModuleManager.2.2.0.dll" is denied.

You get that error for every dll the game tries to load.

Try moving the entire game folder somewhere else. Simply copy it to another drive or something like that, see if that helps.

Or, try running the game with the 'run as administrator' option.

I've tried both. I'm kinda running out of places to put this thing, and it's locked into run as admin...

Just dumped it into my other hard drive. STILL blocked. I'm out of ideas.

Okay, a reboot got it to work ONCE. But now it's back to dead.

[edit] Fixed. Finally. ANtivirus. Blocked dll. reboot. Took all three.

Yeah. It was just an odd combo. Moving the files reblocked them. my av insisted, every time it showed up, that this is all horribly dangerous. It's... ye gods. Windows protects me to the point of incompetence!
