SPACE... bin? I so badly want one of these...

Its a waste bin - shaped like a spaceship. Just saw one of these in a shop in the next town from my home.

Is this is not the perfect waste bin for a KSPer? I do not own one, and have not been paid to advertise.

Just saw it and laughed out loud. Unfortunately it was over £200 in the shop. Going to have to wait awhile.

My wife just rolled her eyes.

It's a bit too "flash gordon" rocket shaped for my liking. And, of course, you'd have to be an idiot to pay that much for a trash bin. Then again, rockets are generally overpriced, too, aren't they. Or at least they have been, hopefully that's changing.

Because if there's one thing on my "bucket list", it's "I want off this stupid ball of rock".

Doesn't even classify as Flash Gordon to me, it's not stylized enough. Looks more like the first A-Bomb.

If it DID look like a proper space rocket though, I'd almost feel sacrilegious using it as a trash can. It almost feels like a metaphor for how most people feel about tax money being spent on space exploration.

It really looks ugly... I would rather want a bin that works in zero-g. One possible design would be a curved pipe where the trash gets thrown in at high speed.

For that price I'd want it to blast off out of my kitchen on a Sunday night and do a powered landing on the pavement ready for collection!
