They're the same as mk2 parts...

Yes on paper. But in testing they survived direct hits with missiles going 150+ m/s, which just bounced off. Interestingly, most of the interior parts were destroyed but not the cargo bay, though, I was using a quick test ship that was poorly designed and reinforced.

Edit: they're very unpredictable in what will happen. Usually it results in many parts on the ship becoming disconnected but not destroyed...

Nice. :) More ships is always better. :D

Also, I've got a nice pre-spanish-final treat to show soon. :):P

Su-30MK. :D

It's damn maneuverable.

Try a slightly lower profile bridge, with some angling. That's how I got the KDX 3 bridge, by blending it into the main hull.

Ah. Makes sense. My deck slopes upwards instead of inwards though. Why not you see what you can do with it? Try to stay under 700 parts though. I dont need it to be armed as well. Also, the test wheels i used to try and get it into the water are still there.:D

I have an old up-slope blended-hull ship called the UKN Perry, which was under 300 parts. I'd ask EladDV for some pics (he used it as a naval target). :) (I just don't have the time to go that deep into my posting history atm)

I'm going to wrev up my tank development in conjunction with improved blocks of the SU-30. That's an album of KATEC's ancient K-2 Black Panther.

EDIT: I actually can't turn on KSP (the desktop) because of finals atm. :( I'll see what I can do on Saturday, if I can get the time. :)

EDIT II: I actually found an old picture. This was after a 0.625m armor piercing missiles test with a tandem warhead and solid boosters for terminal approach. I'll have to remake that AGM-65. :P

Tops out at 6m/s and at 1/3 throttle. any faster and the fuel tanks destroy themselves.. Im trying to keep the part count below 600, but i need the intakes on the bottom to protect the engines.

Anyone fancy a space battle? I have an unarmoured cruiser (roughly 500 parts and 100 tons) and a lightly armoured battlecruiser (900 parts and 200 tons ish) I'd like to try out.

Nothing too serious, just a bit of fun.

Mr Tegu - Holy Lag-balls! THAT station. Your Warships/Starships look like Icing on a beautiful cake which is your Space Station! Just look at that! That's what I was trying to build, unfortunately I'm only limited by my laptop computer.

This is the best that I could do without too much Lag. I only stopped because it's getting to slow.

Took me seven (7) trips to assemble. How long was yours?

Your ships look amazing too.

Since you are active once again would you like a partnership? (Kraken Technologies with Dark Star Industries) I posted on your thread (Which I seemed to have "Necroed").

also check out my thread. :)

Spartwo - if you are looking for a fight, can I join? I'm participating on Duna but I can manage another Battle.

daemonCaptrix I get that a lot. I don't even know what an Argus Array is in the first place when people talk about it. (I googled it after, then learned about it) The hexagon station is a common design I guess.

I've been reading your thread on daeCorp, GREAT ships! (I'm still reading right now) I'll give you a rep
