need help with interplanetery encounter to go to duna mechjeb not working

I need help with going to Duna but when I had my ship ready it exploded into a million pieces and I got my kerbals home but I need help with getting there I cant get a encounter and I don't know how to get my ship to not break and it requires a lot of docking and also I have posted a thread about this before but the answers I got aren't doing any good but the version I am using is 0.23.5 and I have it modded also I am in sandbox mode so no restriction to what I can use

Agreed, it sounds like the problem is with your actual craft. And what do you mean by 'ready'? on the launch pad or in space and ready for orbital transfer?

Maybe you could post some pictures so we can see what's going on with your ship and why it explodes into a million pieces and also why haven't you updated to the latest version of ksp and I wonder if you've tried any of the tutorials in the the tutorials section of the forum to learn how to get an interplanetary encounter without mechjeb or any other mods and also how bad were the grammatical errors before you edited your post because my mind is boggling here

@alpha tech: On a serious note, providing screenshots of the craft in question would most definitely help, as would a detailed description of exactly when, where, and how the breakage occurs. Try to include as much as you remember; the smallest detail might be important.

As for the technique for getting out to Duna: You might want to check out some of the tutorials that I've listed in the Drawing Board, which is conveniently linked in my signature. In particular, you might find this one useful; it's a bit older, but the technique really hasn't changed that much.
