Suggestion: ability to change username

I think a cool thing to do would be the ability to change your username. When I joined the forum in 2013, I didn't anticipate regretting making my username Sun. Now, I want to be able to change my username to something else.

The guidelines for username changing would be:

1. Don't use a username someone else already has.

2. New name must be appropriate.

I think this could turn out to be a really great forum feature, so I would love to see it.
