2.is there any mod that will add buildings or people on kerbin

3. is there any mod that will allow me to add these things myself?

4.how do i remove astrounaut suit, i don't need it on kerbin i guess ?

2. There is - or was - a Kerbal City mod which added a small city with houses, roads, etc.

3. There is no such mod but there is a mod creation API, you can write a mod for that using it I guess

4. You can probably write a mod for it, perhaps use models of Kerbal crew from VAB/SPH. Or make your own models.

2. Yes, first the Kerbin City community project and the Kerbin-Side mod which also allows you to takeoff at other places than just the KSC.

3. I don't know

4. With Texture Replacer the Kerbals (at least) take off their spacesuit helmets when they are at areas with oxygen.
