The Lazy Dragonfly is a glider built entirely w/ KSP 0.24 stock parts. It has a 'cruising' speed of 3 m/s, a glide slope on the order of 1000:1, and does not require active stabilization (SAS, reactions wheels and control surfaces may all be turned off). When drop-released from a few meters height at the head of the spaceplane runway, the LD will gracefully glide down the runway and reach the coast in about 20 min with plenty of altitude to head out to sea.

Have you experimented with the infini glide bug?

Put an obscene amount of controls on a plane/glider and make something that can fly forever at speed with no engines, should try making a bigger version and see if you can get it to do 200m/s that would be awesome
