Alternatives To Space Engineers

Well i love that darn game to death

SERIOUS TEXT IS SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't run it even on the lowest settings, due to my pc sucking and being the worst stone-aged pc but i've had it for so long i don't know what i'd do with a completely new pc doing everything over.

So any alternatives except ksp to space engineers, and i'd like a space sandbox game low on specs really low on specs and has weapons for character and ship.

2-D or 3-D But i want 3-D preferably.

Blockade Runner and StarMade are the only ones that I can think of off the top of my head. Both are in development, blockade runner currently cost $10 and you can buy starmade for the same price. They both also have free demos.

Starmade's demo is also the current state of the game. From what I hear, it has more features than Space Engineers at this point; however, it has a small community right now.
