So with toolbar installed, on the main menu I could not click resume game or start new,but with the mod removed from my gamedata folder everything worked just fine, i completely reinstalled KSP and only had Toolbar, it seemed ok then i added the mods back and my saved file, same issue, another clean install, now even though my saved game isn't there, it says there is a save corrupted, i even went so far as to delete the saves folder and require through Steam verifing game cache.....so it seems the issue is with Toolbar, I REALLY NEED TOOLBAR....seems like most mods rely on it, thanks in advance

Sounds like one of your save files has bust. Usually this happens when it doesn't get saved properly (most commonly due to a crash, but even then it tends to be pretty rare). You'll need to open up your KSP folder and look through the \Saves directory. Check each save folder (not counting the \scenarios and \training folders, naturally) and look at its persistent.sfs file -- the busted save will invariably be the one with the smallest file size. If you open it up, you'll see a bunch of code which then inexplicably cuts off at a certain point. Once you've determined which one is bust, you can either copy in a backup or a quicksave (if you have one) and rename the new one to persistent.sfs, or you can just delete the save.

Either of those should resolve the issue.

That exception means you have a mod that does something with individual kerbals that hasn't been updated for 0.24. The only one I spotted in your GameData was Final Frontier. What version of FF is installed?

I don't know whether that exception has anything to do with the other issues you're experiencing, but it can't hurt to fix it.
