Weird Screen upon Loading Savegame

When I try to load a savefile after saving, I get a weird screen at the KSB screen.

I do not always get log files from it, next time I do, I will post it.

Any help would be great.

This if fixed if I exit KSP, defrag the install folder and save folder. But next time I try to save, it happens again.

I think I found the Problem in the KSP.LOG

"SpaceCenterMain: Cannot find gameObject of url localSpace/Kerbin/Kerbin/KSC/DestructionCollider"

I actually deleted my save file, defragged my computer, then started a new game, and it hasn't done it since.
