Parts Missing in VAB on Mac

For several mods, (Roverdude's Exploration Pack, Stockalike Station Parts Expansion, Karbonite, etc.) parts will not show up in the VAB. The ones that do work perfectly. As far as I can tell, whether a part will show up is random.
