Is there a way to remove the Oranges? (Jeb/Bill/Bob)

Title says it all. It's a bit boring to see the Orange Suits always hijacking the seats by default. Using a heavily modded client to increase difficulty/realism, and would love to have perma death for them, or not have them available at all.

I've used TAC Life Support's "no respawn" option, but it doesn't seem to affect them. They eventually respawn and hog the seats again. Also, because I'm using life support, stashing them in a pod and letting it sit somewhere isn't very economic, and if I don't get to them before their expiration date, they are restocked.

Any mods/edits to achieve this?

And no, I don't mean remove their orange suits, I call them "Orange Suits" because their suits are, well.. orange.

I was going to recommend crew manifest, but the Version 0.5.5.0 update says they removed permadeath because it was added to the game...

i think you need to edit a file somewhere to turn on permadeath but i'm not sure how.

i remember max saying that the upcoming 0.25 update will include some ingame difficulty options like no reverting missions, and i'm pretty sure he mentioned permadeath. It was in the devnotes somewhere but i can't find it...

I remember once planning on The Big Three each commanding a space craft to Duna and because it revolved around Kethane, I was planning on the ships being kethane powered (I made kethane a viable propellant for the LVN and other engines)

Imagine my surprise when Bill stowed away on the Minmus shuttle for the mining station resupply... that bastidge, he was supposed to be training for his upcoming mission!
