Crash loading game

Recommended Posts

It's crashing when I try to load a save :(

http://www.filedropper.com/outputlog_5

I installed all of the B9 stuff then all of the Aerojet stuff then installed the mods they need by directly downloading them and then overwriting any of the files that were not the same as the ones that came in the 2 mods I listed. That way I have the newest updated mods that they need.

And now without changing anything, it crashes while it loads the game itself.

If i get to the main page, I can start a new game and it doesn't crash, but if I load a game without before making a new game, it crashes. It's very odd.

EDIT: Here's the second crash, the one while just loading the game.

Here's the photos of mods used.GvHIHMO.pngEDIT2:

Alright well I think it fixed itself on its own. Now when I installed PartCatalog, the KSPLua crashes the game :(

This is the list of mods I have.VhzvYp8.png

the reason is possibly due to the fact that you have too many mods being used at once. The memory load is too much for the game to handle, and crashes the game. try deleting some mods.

also, each mod folder should be placed in the Gamedata folder in the root directory. IIRC no mod folder should have it's own gamedata folder inside of it...

There is no gamedata folder in any of the mods. I'm using the 64-bit version. It's not too much mods either. Please look at the crash reports if you're going to reply and not just guess. Thanks for taking the time to try though.

@CjStaal:

See this post for my response concerning RAM issues with Windows 64-bit KSP.

It sounds like you've resolved the issue by removing KSPLua. If not, please also read the How to Get Support sticky. Good issue reports contain other information described in that post, such as versions for all of your mods.

In any case, you're using two mods (Toolbar and B9) that are explicitly not supported on Windows 64-bit KSP. The recommended solution is 32-bit KSP with Active Texture Management.

I either saw something that got changed afterwards, or I replied to the wrong post. having multiple windows up gets confusing which explains the weird comment. Sorry for trying to help, I see you've got it working.

Yes but I want to get al the mods I installed working. Neither of those two are the ones causing issues for me. Why aren't they supported?

Because the Win x64 build is far too unstable for mod authors to support, i.e. random crashes even with _no_ mods installed.

That's not to say these mods won't work on x64, but if you have issues / would like support you will need to reproduce the problem on the 32 bit build.

So.... do you have this problem with 32bit + ATM?

I don't see anything in common between your crash logs, certainly nothing mod-related.

How much RAM is KSP using when this happens?
