Can't change settings (DEMO)

I can't seem to be able to change the settings in the demo. the "apply" button is hidden under the toolbar.

any suggestions? i want to tone down the graphics to make the game go faster.

this is in the demo. and i am a complete newb to KSP.

I would say,the Settings are restricted for some reason for you,Or Its Just the screen is Too Big Or too Small,You should Change your resolution down to be able to do that. Im not a tech professinal For KSP.. But I think thats the problem or something. Just a guess.

That sounds like your screen doesn't have enough vertical resolution for KSP, but you might be able to force it to work.

1. Open KSP/settings.cfg in a plain text editor like Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac OS X.

2. Find these three lines:

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_WIDTH = ...
SCREEN_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT = ...
FULLSCREEN = True

3. Change the width and height to match your display. You may need to make the height about 30 pixels shorter than your display to use it in windowed mode.

You can also try changing FULLSCREEN to True.
