FPS Tanking

0.24.2 and earlier, solid 65/70 fps everywhere, well aware large ships changed this.

0.25, suddenly a max of 40fps in vab/sph, and barely 50fps with a 5 part ship.

Anyone else getting this, known problem, or..? If there's any logs/info i need to post just let me know.

Nope, was using everything on max before, same settings now.

For the record your computer specs are? Which bit version and OS are you running?

Both computers have an i5 3340, one has a 750ti and the other a 760 - both experiencing similar FPS drops since last update.

Although the FPS drops are severe, the game feels incredibly clunky (much clunkier than other games running at 50fps).

I've played the game since before we had to pay for it, and this is by far the worst update for framerate impact (either increase or decrease).

The config file got wiped so i suggest you check your settings again.

If i remember correctly, the config is stored internally (not in documents/oustide of ksp folder); if that's correct then it wont matter as i wiped the entire folder before re-installing through steam.
