No gimbal on Rapier?

Has the gimbal been removed on the Rapier? I'm finding all of my craft with use it are no longer balanced and will tilt up or down. One of my spaceplanes uses it entirely for yaw authority and I'm not even getting the slightest movement from it anymore. I've checked that the gimbal isn't locked.

The engine description still states it is there however.

I just needed to realign the wings slightly. COM is slightly above COT but the engine gimbal was always able to compensate before.

Landing gear has mass now, it may have been enough to move the CoM and confuse the rapiers.

Ok solved it by replacing the Rapiers. For some reason no matter what I did to the old ones, the gimbal wouldn't work.

I've put new ones on and its working again.

The landing gear config still has PhysicsSignificance=1, maybe it was different in Experimentals?
