Hellcat V (0.25 version)

Now that version 0.25 of KSP is out, I decided to update one of the Wing Commander ships. Meet the new and improved Hellcat V. It's sleeker, and hopefully less complex. It's also built with new stock parts.

I called this one the "Hellcat V C".

The first one had a lot of stock parts
