Forum captcha is broken

Hey, couldn't find a better place to post this, so here it is.

I tried to log into my main account (hoylemd), but I forgot my password. I tried to reset it, but it wouldn't accept my captcha answeres, which definitely matched what was displayed. Same problem if I used the audio captcha and visual.

Hi, quite probably a plugin with your browser hanged. Could you try again after restarting the browser or with a different one?

I've seen this happen to me in mid-large sized runs on other sites, its usually happens when my password manager is doing some funky stuff such as messing with fields when they are submitted or reloading parts of pages.. If you are using a password manager, try turning it off.
