Which NullRef? There are 1275 in your log, not to mention another 800 exceptions.

In the end, it doesn't matter which one. You're using mods that are not compatible with KSP 0.25 and at least one (DebRefund) is known to cause issues. Check the mods' threads for updates or workarounds, but don't expect to be able to use them until the authors have time to update them.

It would help out if you can read the link below. It'll ask for information like reproduction steps and operating system. Also, if you can narrow down what's happening right before the first problem, and maybe point out what the first problem is. It's really hard to guess what you were doing when digging through a 7MB log file and we don't know what we're looking for.
