Cannot Recover Craft

KSP: 0.25.0 Windows 32bit

Problem: I cannot recover spacecraft

Details: After landing a spacecraft and I choose to recover the spacecraft via any method I get the KSC screen displaying the crew and 0.0 reputation gain. When I check in the tracking station all the spacecraft (and crew) are still landed at Kerbin.

Mods:

-Near Future Mods (Electircal v2.2, Solar v2.2, Craft v2.1, Construction v2.3)

-FAR v0.14.2

-Visual Enhancements v7.4

-DMagic Orbital Science v0.8.5.1

This was on a fresh save. The game does not crash or anything, but I cannot recover craft (and therefore get their juicy science )

How to replicate:

1. Launch a crewed spacecraft

2. Recover it

3. Realise you have not recovered it (check tracking station)
