The Kerbal Exploration Authority will be a proud space program by the time we're in orbit. There. Done, right? Let's get on to it.

Kerbal-headed normal-speed exploration.

This entails: 1-3 testing missions before each prototype manned mission (I.E. first Apollo manned into orbit)

1 test mission before a prototype unmanned. 2-8 unmanned missions to a destination before manned missions.

2-6 manned missions before space station

1-3 space station modules before base landing

1-4 bases for planets/moons depending upon interest level

Moderate (+free node unlocking) with science at 3580 (quick start)

Funds at 79000 (government funding)

Reputation at 60 (first space program with more than a kerbal cannon)

Report: Did not provide very much except a basic understanding of flight and a single record/contract. Provided us with a bit of money, though!
