Sorry - how can I set t up so that I am notified in some way that someone has posted on my thread, or that a thread I have become active has a new response?

Thank you!

Hello Space Cowboy, when you post on a thread you automatically subscribe to it.

Then you just need to access the subscribed threads.

Just click "Quick Links" then "Subscribed Threads" on the upper tab of forum options.

If you want to change how you are subscribed to them just select the threads and go on the bottom right of the list to change the way you are subbed to them (email notifications etc.).

If you dig around you may find more options, but I guess this is all you need :)

You can also view the latest posted ones if you click "Settings" on the very top right of the forum page.

But it doesn't show already viewed threads, only ones with new posts.

I have tested both actions guys and I am not subscribed to any threads although I have posted quite a few. The manual action of subscribing to a thread seems to be working. I am surprised this is so manual.

Go to Settings (top right corner). In the My Settings side bar on the left, click on General Settings. Under Messaging & Notification, change the Default Thread Subscription Mode to anything other than "Do not subscribe." That will automatically subscribe you to any thread you post in.

Otherwise, as Pecan said, go to a thread you want to subcribe to and use the Thread Tools near the top right.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
