Yeah. I LOLed so hard when I did this.

How to reproduce:

1. Crash something into one of the buildings with the bridge connecting them.

2. Take a kerbal on EVA and turn on his jetpack and Hack Gravity.

3. Fly that kerbal into the hole in the standing building that was left by the bridge.

4. Bingo! You're inside the building.

I think the hole exists because usually, players wouldn't get in there, so it couldn't be bothered to get meshed over.

This doesn't annoy me. In fact, it should stay, so Danny2462 can do it too. In fact, AFAIK, I am the first one to do this.

I've been there in 0.24 - drop-catch descending a ladder on the VAB. Clipped through a surface and ended up "inside". So, there's at least one way in without destructible buildings and the debug menu.

It's interesting, but there isn't much to do down there - not that you'd expect there to be.

Looks like the hole in the collider mesh for the still-standing building isn't closed off when the bridge is destroyed, allowing you to get inside the KSC mesh. Interesting find.

But I like your one better, it's like some sort of secret entrance.

Also, has anyone else realised there should be kerbals inside these buildings? Who probably get killed if they blow up?

The devs hand-waved this away by saying the KSC is evacuated before launches.
