No center of mass in SPH

I've come back to play ksp with the new update, fresh install select mods (b9, kw, eve, near) and running 64 bit, but when i go to the SPH i can get the COM and COT overlays but the COL appears but sits on the floor as if I had no lifting surfaces.

Anyone else come across this?

NEAR does not run on the Windows x64 version of KSP 0.25. This should probably be in the Support (modded) section of the forum, following the pattern described in the "How to get support" sticky thread in that forum.
