Just one question I make rockets but my parrashute never works so how do you do it ?

Well, you want to have some kind of engine with a parachute ejection charge. Then, after that, put tissue paper or the like to keep the parachute from burning. The, FIRMLY attach a rubber band, using hot glue or another way that can easily hold 5 times the weight of the rocket, to the inside of the rocket. Finally, attach your parachute WITH strings to the other side of the band. Neatly pack the chute and delicately insert the entire nose assembly into the tube. Make sure to attach the nosecone by rubber band too!

Also, is your sag real? It sounds odd that you'd land on the sun...

tissue paper

No no no! Tissue paper will burn! You might be confusing it with "recovery wadding", which is chemically treated to resist burning. That's what you want to use for little rockets. For larger rockets, there's chemically-treated shredded cellulose which is colloquially called "dog barf", or treated Nomex fabric squares (which have the advantage of being reusable).

Elastic (the kind put in clothing, which can be purchased in fabric stores) also makes for a good shock cord (it's woven of separate fibers, so it resists tearing and snapping much better than a rubber band), and to help keep it fixed in the body tube, you can weave it through a piece of cardstock that has had holes punched in it, and then glue the cardstock to the inside of the main body tube.
