Tallest VAB ever

I am not sure if this is the correct place where to ask, but I collided into the VAB while flying at around 8600m.

My install is almost clean (just MJ and KAC) and I was running the 32bit version.

Ever happened to you before?

Yes, like a corner hit on the right.

Interesting. We should locate the place. Maybe it is possible to land there.

I remember seeing something like this in the past... It's something to do with the hitboxes for various KSC buildings being messed up and I believe it was down to mods last time. With a fairly clean install like that though, I'm not so sure. I'll see if I can find the old threads and I'll get back to you.

Yeah this is an old bug. I think that restarting KSP fixes it if i remember correctly.

This happens from time to time but has so far been impossible to duplicate. I've seen people run into the runway from 2km away and others hit the launch pad while in orbit.

If you can find a way to make it happen repeatably (after restarting) then please share!
