Free Update?

What does that mean?

Nevermind I looked, that is indeed the 0.25.0 update, if you own a copy of KSP you can update it for free

No, definitley not. I've seen this a lot on past releases anyway- especially steam, it just says FREE UPDATE.

As far as I know, all updates will be free, and will be for a long time.
