Affordable Space Program

So, with (rudimental) economics in place, I thought it would be fun to create an 'Affordable Space Program'. "How?" You ask. Well. A lot of time, money and effort are 'wasted' on sending stuff into space. Only to return it later at the end of your mission.

I lifted a station with a heap of fuel, a bunch of Kerbals, a lab, a transfer stage and a lander into a 600x600km orbit.

The lander has 2800m/s dv. Enough to land and return anywhere but Tylo and Eve. The transfer stage has 7800m/s dv. Enough to get anywhere and return safely.

Recoverable science is returned to the KSC, after processing in the lab, in a small science pod.
