How long has it been since my ship was launched?

Is there any way to tell how long it's been since one of my ships was launched if I've already reset the visible MET by docking at a space station?

open your SFS file in a text editor, search for the name of your ship, and in that block of properties you'll find LCT, which is the launch time in seconds from 0 epoch (the start of the game). Subtract this number from the UT property (search that out as well) and you'll have the number of seconds since launch
