Make KSC service vehicles available to launch/drive

So, in the VAB/SPH we can see loads of industrious Kerbal workers driving around in all kinds of low loaders, forklifts and fueltrucks etc. What I'm suggesting is adding these vehicles to the game as launchable/drivable vehicles that could be used for recovery, refuelling, deployment of Kerbs, or just for visual impact.

I guess there are 3d models for them already in game, tho they'd probably need a textures makeover.

KSOS (by Helldiver) and SXT (by Lack) both have drivable versions of the Space Center utility vehicles. It might be really nice to have them implemented if we ever get more Space Center functionality in Flight Mode, but for now I'm happy with using the KSOS vehicles.

It would be cool to have a part set based off the service vehicles and allow the player to build them themselves. By service vehicles I mean the fuel trucks, ladder vehicles and cargo trucks etc.
