Looking for mining equipment

I was trying to put together a small automated mining excavator, but haven't been able to find the right parts for the business end.

RASSOR's "scrape and store" drum, for example:

This prize winning "bucket-conveyor" design by Iowa State (reminds me of a hand pump our farm had when I was a kid),

Even a traditional bucket-wheel gadget like this could work:

What I'm after is a small, lightweight robot I can automate with KOS or a plugin to autonomously drive around a base ferrying soil/ore to a stationary processor's input hopper. I can do the programming, but does anyone have an existing model I can use for the scraping part?

every mining part i've seen (Kethane, karbonite, Baha EPL) was a drill/auger. I'd love to see something different like in those pics though.
