Ah, alright. Yeah, I been training on how to properly maneuver near objects in space anyway. So, I haven\'t had the chance to check the persistence file.

The file was borked, the checkpoints and the course have now been fully rebuilt for 0.16 and the Race is open!

Hngghnh... All my designs either crash or fly too far from checkpoints....

The trick is not to rush the rendezvous, take care on the approach and you will save more time than if you rush, overshoot and are forced to try again.

Unfortunately any times set with 0.16 should be invalidated as soon as they fix the fuel consumption bug

Wow that\'s a pain, I just read up on that bug, hmmm well I don\'t know what to suggest really, does this affect all craft or can it be worked around?

I\'ll add the 0.15 version of the race back to the original post, so if you\'d like you can have a go using the older version of KSP.

Yeah, I thought the same thing in reference to the bug that causes very little fuel consumption. Gives me a chance to practice rendezvousing with orbital objects though, since my skills with that are still not perfect yet.

You could give yourself unlimited fuel by using the debug menu: ctrl-alt-shift-d

I could do that, but I rather have limited fuel to learn from mistakes and use it for a proper rally.

Good to hear Hammaneggs Also, I'm not convinced the fuel bug will affect the race too much, as even when using low throttle on my craft, the fuel still goes down pretty much as it did before, I just flew to the abandoned KSC and had about as much fuel left as I did in 0.15
