"The Spirit of Kerbin" A tribute to Macey Dean.

In the depicted scene the Spiritwolf Colonist are now in the custody of Hanland. The morning morning after the battle members of both factions watched as their destroyed fleets reentered the Laythian atmosphere in a burning reminder of their loss, The Spirit of Kerbin burning the brightest.

Nobody knew how she survived reentry, they say it was the spirit of each kerbal onboard that guided her to the ground. She serves as a reminder that all great things come to an end.

A Hanland pilot fails to inflict serious damage with torpedoes , in an act of desperation he rams full speed into the Spirit of Kerbin, ripping open her hull.

Sadly, by the time I bought KSP Macey Dean was gone (or disappeared shortly after), so I never really got to know him. but he sounds like a terrific guy, and it is truly a shame to see great people vanish. What a moving piece of artwork this is, I can feel the emotions even though I never knew him.

Any suggestions on what significant parts of the series I can render into art? If anyone else wants to contribute anything that's great. May Macey's legacy live on.

The episode "Spiritwolf strikes back" where he battles battleship vs carrier with massive amount of parts flying everywhere.

It's generally agreed on that Macey Dean has passed, but that is solely speculation. There aren't too many other logical explanations for disappearing for one and a half years after promising to your rapidly expanding fanbase that season two is on the way, he also hasn't made a single tweet since he disappeared.

Really! I'd love to! So I may take inspiration and use scenes from the short opening scene on your channel?

What's kinda annoying is that great people always vanish! (Kragathea, Kcreator, OvenproofMars, Macey Dean, And more!) It just seems that whenever a great person shows up he gets a few months of fame then vanishes :(
