Can someone help me find this mod

I once found a mod that basically let you give your rocket commands with your voice but it didn't work for me so I removed it, but now I have an actual microphone rather than a crappy old webcam so I want to see if it works now but I cant find the mod. Does anyone know the name of it?

I'm not sure actually. The userbase is surprisingly small, so I'm wondering whether it's worth the work.
