Major Confusion Posted April 1, 2012 Share Posted April 1, 2012 Hi,i have the same problem.I reset my password (yes it is alphanumeric) and started the updater manually but i still get the error that i am not allowed to patch.(And yes i also own the game). vexx32 Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 This may seem like an extra thing that ought to go unsaid, but just in case...The patcher can\'t handle having spaces in the password either (my favourite security measure ). Zephram Kerman Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 And, the patcher only works on version 14.2. If you bought today, this is probably not the issue. But if you have version 14 (like I did) the patcher won\'t work anymore. In that case you should first log in to the store and download 14.2, then run the patcher to get 14.3. At present I can login to this forum but cant login to the store? any ideas anyone.
