Purchase problem

Hi,

I really don't know if this thread belongs here, I couldn't find any place better. So, I purchased the game last week via PayPal. I got no email of the purchase, however, PP shows that the transaction is completed. I wrote two messages (PP receipt attachedÆ) to the support email address after reading through the FAQ. One on the 5th anoter on the 7th this month. Still no reply. :(

The account for the website was created successfully, but I can't see my purchase there neither.

What should be my next step?
