Could someone make a mod using the Toolbar that shows the Delta-V chart map in-game?

Title. What I'd like is for a mod that adds a new button to the Toolbar mod that shows a Delta-V chart map, so I don't have to minimize KSP to open up the picture I have saved in my desktop, as doing that will greatly slow down the game - courtesy of having to run on 3.5GB RAM. Not only it saves that, but it makes the process much simpler and practic.

Well... could someone make such mod?
