The Interstellar Mod for idiots like me!

So I love the Idea of FTL travel, and I really like the way it works in the interstellar mod, however, I am too stupid to figure out how to make everything work. As you have probably guessed by now, this is where you come in.

I would like for someone to make a simplified version of the interstellar mod.

Alright, contract jokes aside, basically what I want is an Alcubierre drive that simply uses electric charge to produce exotic particles, rather than the large variety of different resources that it takes in interstellar. Of course, to make it fair, the warp drive could have some obscene power requirements (around 3000 electric charge for 0.01 exotic particles).
