Contracts tab crashes game during flight

Im playing on windows and in flight if I click on the contracts tab it will either stop the game for a few seconds while it loads or goes to a grey screen and says not responding. Not a once in a while thing either.

I'm seeing the same on 0.90. Running 32-bit, and no logs are generated.

Logs are generated from when KSP starts until it closes. Please read the Stock Support and Bug Reporting Guide to locate the appropriate log and other helpful information.
