If you purchased KSP through the KSP Store, you can download the previous version. That's 0.24.2 at the moment.

I believe Steam also has a way to revert to the previous version. Although I don't know what button you have to click on to make that happen.

Right click on the game in your library-properties-betas-select 'previous stable release' from the drop down menu.

If you made a game backup using Steam of 0.24, you could use that to restore KSP to 0.24, otherwise you can only go back one version I'm afraid.

Despite this post being in the unmodded support section, I still feel it would be helpful to briefly mention that even if you did revert to a previous build of the game, almost all mods have since evolved beyond that previous version. Legacy versions of "many" mods may still be available for the sleuth-user, but I wouldn't go so far as to wager than "most" would be.
