No asteroids?

First of all, I know this is not a mod problem.

Basically, the problem is, there aren't any asteroids! Are there any patches I need for the asteroids appear?

They should be there if you have the Kerbal Space Program/GameData/NASAmission/ folder, but don't always show up right away.

Zoom out in the tracking station to view the space near Kerbin/Mun/Minmus, and timewarp for a bit

I don't have the NASAmission folder. Where do I get it?

By reinstalling the game, using Patcher, or verifying the integrity of the game data through Steam. You'll also need to edit your persistence file to add the Asteroid creation scenario or start a new save.

I re installed ksp once before, and I still didn't have asteroids. So should I use this patcher thing?

Yeah, verifying it through Steam will fix most things, the luncher can do it too via the patcher (when it works)
