Hotkey to display Apoapsis/Periapsis altitudes on Map View without mouseover?

Many times I'm trying to do an aerobraking burn or an intercept, and wish I could see the changing altitude values of apoapsis or periapsis on the Map View without having to take my hands off the controls to mouse-over. I agree that the numeric values should be hidden by default ( reducing clutter ) but what about some key that would toggle or press-to-show the details of upcoming noteworthy orbit events/parameters?

double click (on Ap or Pe) to toggle them permanently, it can be a bit iffy and you may need to click a bunch of times but eventually they show up without having to mouse over.
