Reasons on why we should stop developing space

It's simple. You post a humorous and nonsensical reason on why we should stop the development of space, and another person does the exact same thing, accompanied with a equally silly critique on the reason which the previous person posted.

Here's an example:

We should stop developing space because it will leave debris in earth orbit, which will eventually blot out the sun!

(We can deal with space debris, you know. We can use a space vacuum or something.)

We shouldn't develop space because it will make rare ores cheap and endanger the ore trade!

And so on.
