Can't select vessels in Tracking Station

I have a lot of mods. Everything was working great until I decided to uninstall MKS/OKS and mods associated with it. I booted KSP back up and now I can't select any vessels in the tracking station. However, if I launch a new ship and then go to map view, I can switch to them from there.... anyone know what's going on?

Well I fixed it I reinstalled MKS/OKS, loaded up KSP and made sure ship selection worked. It did. I quit and uninstalled the mods again and loaded KSP up again. The selection still worked. I think it happened because, when I first uninstalled MKS/OKS, I had a station using some of the parts. KSP told me the vessel couldn't be loaded because, of course, I just installed the mods.
