No fuel display

I just came back from a long break and The fuel display in the Top Right of my screen has diapered. No icons or anything. I've go through the setting and can't figure out where to reinitialize it. any ideas?

I don't know if there's even a way to disable the hud buttons selectively, but F2 disables the whole hud. Is anything else information-wise(altimeter, navball, etc) displayed?

What happens if you go to map mode and back? Do you use any mods?

Finally, could you upload a picture? It's always helpful to pinpoint problems.

No mods, and nothing else is missing.

sounds like your install has become corrupted - move the saves folder and any mods you have to another location delete and then reinstall ksp. If you're using Steam I believe there is a setting somewhere to verify your install which will check all the game files and repair/redownload all the ones that are damaged or missing.

If you have it on Steam right click on the Kerbal game in your library then properties, then local files and verify game should be at the bottom of the list. If that doesn't work a full re-install may be required.

Verifying on steam worked. It found some corrupt files. Thanks everyone. Ummm could a mod change this to Answered?
