flight instruments mod?

i was watching one of scott manleys interstellar quest videos the other day and i heard him mention something about having ils landings in the game from command pod view. then he said something about how he knew there were mods out there that allowed such a thing. so my question is where can i find this flight instruments mod, i want to pair it with the b9 aerospace and mk2 interiors to get full instrument panels in my aircraft (attitude indicator, gps navigation, bearing indicator, light switches, engine ignition switches, fuel mix controllers, etc etc), if theres no such thing, someone make it please.
