Two of Every Thing

Quick question. Just used the patcher to upgrade to .25

Why do I have two of every part? Am I doing some thing wrong in the upgrade?

Probably two Squad folders in GameData, just delete them both to make sure and use the patcher again

Or if you're running Steam:

Backup all your saves and screenshots, make Steam "delete local content", and reinstall the game afterwards.

But yes, probably duplicated Squad folders in your GameData folder.

Because squad changed the part name configs they get loaded twice. In a stock game go into game data and do a search for "part.cfg" then just delete them all.

There only seemed to be one Squad folder in GameData but I erased it and tried to run the patcher again. It stuck at 89% saying some thing like it was erasing extra files. I finely got tired of it and hit OK at the bottom and the window closed. Game seems to be working now and the duplicate parts are gone. So for the moment all is good. Thanks for your help.
